This Privacy Policy explains how Reaity collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and services. By using Reaity, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including listing photos, property details, brand assets, business contact information, social post drafts, settings, support messages, and other content you choose to upload or create. We also collect limited technical information such as device and browser data, IP address, timestamps, requested pages, and security or diagnostic events needed to operate and protect the service.
Google sign-in data
When you continue with Google, Reaity receives the basic account information authorized by you, which may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We use this Google user data only to create, authenticate, secure, and support your Reaity account. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or request access to Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendars, or other Google services through sign-in.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain Reaity; authenticate users; store and process photos and projects; apply branding and requested AI edits; generate user-requested content; support connected publishing features; respond to support requests; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose reliability issues; comply with law; and improve the safety and performance of the service. We do not use uploaded listing content to advertise to you.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect Reaity and its users, or comply with law. Current infrastructure and processing providers may include Supabase for authentication and application data, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and OpenAI for AI features you choose to use. If you connect a social platform, we transmit the content and account data needed to perform the action you request. Providers process information under their own terms and our applicable agreements. We may also disclose information in a business transfer or when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, retention, and deletion
We retain account information and user content while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion. You may request account and personal-data deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may verify the request before acting and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and devices.
Your choices and rights
You may review or update available account and brand information in Reaity, disconnect optional integrations, or request access, correction, portability, or deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
Children
Reaity is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Reaity.
International processing
Reaity and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. We use appropriate safeguards when required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Reaity changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after an update means the revised policy applies from its effective date.
